All of us, without exception, encounter difficult times and situations at some point of our lives. The society, our upbringing and our own expectations often tell us that we should be able to “get a grip” and  “pull ourselves together”, which is why so many of us are so reluctant to seek support when we need it most. Ironically, talking to someone who is trained to help is not a sign of weakness or failure, but just a recognition of the fact that we want and deserve to feel better!
